Longueuil, February 2, 2016 – The 2016 edition of the Quebec Campground Guide is now available! This is the third straight year that Camping Québec, the provincial campground operators’ association, has produced this comprehensive directory listing 870 campgrounds across the province. It’s the perfect tool for campers planning their summer vacation, starting right now.
This year’s Guide comes in digital and print versions, and makes it easy for novice and experienced campers alike to find that perfect location. Once again this year users will appreciate the bilingual content, detailed maps and campgrounds divided up by tourist region, along with a few new features, including completely redesigned campground listings for much simpler consultation.
Since 2014, Camping Québec has been the body recognized by the Minister of Tourism for the classification of campground establishments and, as such, produces, publishes and distributes the Quebec Campground Guide. The information it contains is based on data collected objectively as part of the province’s campground classification process and rating system, making it the most reliable and up-to-date source on the market.
Published annually since 1963, the publication has become an invaluable companion for camping enthusiasts living in or visiting Quebec who can choose from an ever-expanding list of campgrounds.
