Warm dip in bread bowl: Camping version

 Total time : 20 minutes

Ingredients :

  • 1 small round loaf of bread
  • 250 ml (1 cup) cream cheese
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) sour cream 
  • 398 ml artichoke hearts, finely chopped
  • 250 ml (1 cup) spinach 
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) red onions, chopped
Preparation :
  • Cut off the top of the loaf and scoop out the centre to make a bowl.

  • Place the bread bowl upside-down over the coals to toast the interior of the bowl.

  • Put the rest of the ingredients in a pot.

  • Cook over low heat while stirring.

  • When the mixture has melted, pour it into the bread bowl and serve.
