Our cidermakers and winemakers produce a superb variety of ciders and wines that showcase our territory and northern climate. Likewise, our microbrewers, microdistilleries and spirit producers, inspired by the riches of the North, showcase their endless creativity to the great pleasure of connoisseurs!

CIDRERIE DU MINOT (Hemmingford, MONTÉRÉGIE) 

For their mystique rosé cider, sparkling crémant de pomme and crémant de glace.

VIGNOBLE VAL CAUDALIES (Dunham, EASTERN TOWNSHIPS) 

For their exceptional vista, Vidal white wine and must-try Vermouth Lab.

MICROBRASSERIE COUREUR DES BOIS (Dolbeau-Mistassini, SAGUENAY-LAC-SAINT-JEAN)

For the quality of their 26 artisanal beers, all inspired by the riches of the boreal forest.

CASSIS MONNA & FILLES (Saint-Pierre-de-l'Île-d'Orléans, QUÉBEC) 

For their little bistro and Crème de Cassis, served as an after-dinner liqueur, over ice and desserts.

OUR CHEESEMAKERS

Our cheesemakers endeavor to translate the terroir into a variety of more than 500 cheeses from cow, goat or sheep’s milk. From soft and firm pastes to fresh and blue-veined cheeses, Quebec has everything to satisfy true lovers of artisanal cheese!

FROMAGERIE L'ÎLE-AUX-GRUES (Isle-aux-Grues, CHAUDIÈRE-APPALACHES)

For their cheddars, Tomme de Grosse-Île, Riopelle de l'Isle and other savoury delicacies.

CASSIS ET MÉLISSE (Saint-Damien-de-Buckland, CHAUDIÈRE-APPALACHES) 

For succulent ripened cheeses and faisselle from this organic dairy farm.

FROMAGERIE AU GRÉ DES CHAMPS (Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, MONTÉRÉGIE) 

For the has-to-be-tasted Gré des Champs cheese from this organic cheese farm.

LES FROMAGES DU VERGER (Saint-Joseph-du-Lac, LAURENTIANS) 

For the cheeses from their farm, where their sheep are fed a diet of grains, hay and apples.

Our vast territory is brimming with incredible, and often unknown, wild flavours. Our foragers and artisans scour our natural spaces for these boreal products. There is so much to harvest, taste and discover!

For the little wild blueberry, which can be enjoyed in organic jams, spreads and butters.

TERROIR BORÉAL (Tadoussac, CÔTE-NORD) 

For their spices from the boreal forest: spruce, green alder pepper and bayberry.
