A regional camping and RVing association (ARCC) represents the members of the Fédération québécoise de camping et de caravaning in a given region, giving campers a regional structure designed to share responsibilities with the Federation's Board of Directors. The mission of the ARCC, on a regional level, is the same as that of the Federation, i.e. to bring together camping and RVing enthusiasts and co-ordinate camping and RVing activities. The ARCC also subscribes to the same code of ethics as the FQCC and ensures that it is applied by its members.

Since the role of the ARCC is to represent its members, it must allow them to express their points of view, decide what they expect from their regional association and put it into practice. The Fédération québécoise de camping et de caravaning has 18 regional associations across the province. Each ARCC is managed by a board of directors with eight volunteer members.

Every ARCC organizes provincial and regional rallies as well as get-togethers, social activities and contests.
