You can’t imagine leaving home without your dog or cat? A campground seems like the perfect place to spend time with your best friend? Despite what many people think, many campgrounds do allow you to share your time in the great outdoors with your pet.
To find out which ones, search the Campground Guide. Enter the search terms of your choice and check off the icon of a dog on a leash. If you check off only that icon and leave all other fields empty, you’ll get the list of the hundreds of campgrounds that accept pets, by region.
Guide dogs and service dogs for people with physical disabilities are welcome at all times in all campgrounds, subject to certain conditions.
