Job creation
These expenditures led to the creation of 3,976 person-years of employment,
distributed as follows by sector.
- Primary sector: 24.9 person-years
- Secondary sector: 85.3 person-years
- Construction sector: 19.3 person-years
- Service sector: 3,523.1 person-years, of which 1,239 are in the accommodation
industry and 1,069 in the restaurant business.
Government tax revenue
This consumer spending ($161.2 million) represented $22.4 million in
tax revenue for our governments.
