Camping Québec, the association of Quebec campground operators, was founded in 1962 as a private, non-profit organization representing Quebec’s campground operators. It is the largest association of its kind in Canada. With some 567 private- and public-sector members, it represents over 80% of the campsites in the province. Its mission is to promote camping and to expand and develop the camping industry in Quebec.
